Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an electronic anode protection method and device and a water heater. The method comprises the following steps: switching a working mode of a driving device of an anode bar into an input detection mode, and detecting and acquiring an initial voltage of a metal liner by using the anode bar in the input detection mode; acquiring an output voltage according to the initial voltage; and switching the working mode of the driving device into an output voltage mode, and controlling the driving device to output the output voltage to the anode bar. The water quality conductivity detection device can be switched between an input detection working mode and an output voltage working mode, and the water quality conductivity detection function is automatically achieved, so that the production cost can be reduced, and the accuracy is improved.
