Zusammenfassung:According to the mechanical disturbance type thrust vectoring nozzle and the expansion section wall surface design method, on the basis of a Laval nozzle (convergence-expansion nozzle), mechanical disturbance pieces arranged at special positions and an expansion section molded surface are combined, and main flow is disturbed through actuation of the mechanical disturbance pieces; main flow flows through the specially-designed expansion section molded surface, and airflow deflection amplification is achieved; the multiple disturbance pieces act at the same time, and the thrust vector and flow adjustment can be controlled at the same time. According to the technical scheme, the spray pipe can meet the simultaneous requirements of an aircraft on thrust vector, efficient low-resistance flight and flow regulation of an engine. 本发明提供一种机械扰动型推力矢量喷管及扩张段壁面设计方法,以拉瓦尔喷管(收敛-扩张喷管)为基础,结合在特殊位置布置的机械扰动片和扩张段型面,通过机械扰动片的作动扰动主流,主流流过特殊设计的扩张段型面、实现气流偏转的放大;多个扰动片同时作动,可以实现推力矢量和流量调节的同时控制。通过上述技术方案,该喷管可以满足飞行器对于推力矢量、高效低阻飞行和发动机对于流量调节的同时需要。
