The electrical steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 1.0%-2.4% of Si, 0.1%-0.8% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.003% of S, 0.2%-1.0% of Al, 0.01%-0.2% of Sn or Sb and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities.
