Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses application of ATAC-seq mediated precise targeted editing in rice disease resistance, and belongs to the technical field of gene editing. Eight sites are designed based on ATAC-seq and precise targets, four of the eight sites are located in a high ATAC-seq area, the other four target sites are located in a low ATAC-seq area, the working efficiency is improved, and precise editing of genes can be achieved. On the basis of ATAC-seq combined gene editing, the accuracy and specificity of original target design are improved, the method can be applied to screening and verification of rice disease-resistant genes, gene expression is accurately regulated and controlled, and the purpose of rice disease resistance is achieved.
