The invention provides application of deoxyribozyme and a nucleic acid molecule S-L in improvement of the reaction upper limit of a branched hybridization chain reaction, reduction of spontaneous amplification of the branched hybridization chain reaction and reduction of a background signal value and a kit of the deoxyribozyme and the nucleic acid molecule S-L.
