The culture method comprises the following steps: adding a mixture of an inonotus obliquus extract and a ginkgo leaf extract into a culture medium; the mesenchymal stem cells are dental pulp mesenchymal stem cells. The inonotus obliquus disclosed by the invention is extremely wide in source, high in safety and easy to obtain; when the mixture of the inonotus obliquus extract and the ginkgo biloba extract is used for culturing the dental pulp stem cells, the cell proliferation capacity can be improved, the culture time is shortened, the time cost is reduced, and the cell activity can be improved; differentiation of the dental pulp stem cells is not induced, and the purity of the dental pulp stem cells is guaranteed.
