The component A and the component B are respectively prepared during preparation, and are mixed according to a formula during use. Wherein the component A comprises liquid epoxy resin, castor oil polyoxyethylene ether modified solid epoxy resin, an epoxy active diluent and a heat-conducting filler, and the component B comprises a curing agent.
