Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an asphaltene ball cluster/thermoplastic polymer composite material with high gas barrier and aging resistance and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: selecting asphaltene as a raw material, obtaining a submicron material-asphaltene ball cluster by a hydrothermal method, and filling the submicron material-asphaltene ball cluster into a thermoplastic polymer matrix by a solution method or a melting method to design the composite material with high gas barrier and aging resistance. The oxygen permeability of the composite film prepared from the composite material is reduced by 48.3%, and the carbon dioxide permeability is reduced by 33%. Mainly, due to filling of asphaltene ball clusters, the crystallinity of the high-density polyethylene is improved, and the asphaltene ball clusters are well dispersed in a high-density polyethylene matrix, so that gas has a tortuous permeation path in the composite film.
