Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an evacuation process for double-layer glass production. The evacuation process comprises the following steps: step 1, uniformly distributing a plurality of supporting columns and iron-nickel-cobalt alloy sealing rings on the surface of lower-layer glass; secondly, three branch pipe ports of a special tee joint are in airtight connection with an air suction pipe, an air suction pump and a sealing device; step 3, starting the upper heating plate and the lower heating plate to heat the double-layer glass, and fusing the high-iron-nickel-cobalt alloy sealing ring and the edge of the double-layer glass together along with the temperature rise to complete edge sealing; 4, starting an aspirator pump to extract air between the two layers of glass from an exhaust pipe, and forming vacuum between the two layers of glass; and 5, after vacuumizing is completed, a telescopic rod is started to push a sealing plug in the special tee joint into the exhaust pipe, the sealing plug blocks a pipe opening |
