Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of treatment of sewage and wastewater by a biological method, and relates to a modified waste membrane wire filler biological reaction device for realizing efficient hydrolysis of urine, which comprises a water inlet system and a bioreactor, the water inlet system comprises a urine collecting tank and a peristaltic pump; the bioreactor serves as a main body, modified waste membrane filaments serve as filler to achieve microorganism loading, and urea nitrogen in urine is converted into ammonia nitrogen, so that urine hydrolysis is achieved; by adopting the device to hydrolyze the urine, an alkaline environment can be created to provide conditions for recycling nitrogen and phosphorus resources in the urine, and the pretreatment of the urine is realized. Besides, the modified waste membrane filaments are fillers prepared from modified waste PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) hollow fiber membranes, the cost is low, and waste reutilization is realized, so that the pretreatment of t
