The guide pipe comprises a skin and a framework arranged in the skin; the propeller is arranged in the guide pipe; the front guide vane is arranged in the guide pipe and located in front of the propeller, the front guide vane comprises a plurality of independent front guide vanes which are annularly arranged, the blade tip of each independent front guide vane is provided with an outer side connecting plate, and the outer side connecting plates are connected with a framework of the guide pipe through bolts; an inner side connecting plate is arranged at the blade root of each independent front guide blade, and the inner side line shape of each inner side connecting plate is consistent with the shape of the outer wall surface of the mounting ring; the inner side connecting plate is connected with the mounting ring thr
