The method comprises the steps of determining a driving prediction range in front of a vehicle; dividing the driving prediction range into a plurality of stages, wherein at least a part of the stages corresponding to the abrupt slope road section are integrated into one stage according to the gradient; for each stage, a driving prediction model based on a relationship between states of vehicle speed, traction force, and braking force is applied, and a driving prediction model over the entire prediction range is collectively calculated to calculate a control value of the vehicle.
