According to the method, the scanning times N needed for completing printing of a unit area of an image to be printed are obtained, N image components of the image to be printed are obtained according to the scanning times N, screening processing is carried out on the N image components according to corresponding concentration relation curves to obtain N parts of printing data, and finally ink-jet printing is carried out on the image to be printed according to the N parts of printing data. Therefore, the distribution of ink dots is more uniform, the image precision is improved, the problem of white exposure of a region with lower concentration is solved, and the image printing quality is improved.
