Novel feeding method of plate-and-frame filter press

The invention discloses a novel feeding method for a plate-and-frame filter press, which comprises the following steps: stopping a conditioning tank, a low-pressure feeding pump and a high-pressure feeding pump, replacing a slurry pump with a high-lift pump set, directly connecting an outlet of the high-lift pump set and a feeding pipe of the plate-and-frame filter press by a newly connected pipeline, additionally arranging a feeding pressure electric contact pressure gauge, and prolonging the operation time of the high-lift pump set. Feeding is continuously conducted on the plate-and-frame filter press until the water flow at the water outlet of the filter plate of the plate-and-frame filter press is extremely small, then operation of the slurry pump is stopped, feeding is completed, and the water content of the mud cake meets the operation requirement.
