The invention provides a structural adhesive detection method and device, a terminal and a computer readable storage medium, and the structural adhesive detection method comprises the steps: obtaining a three-dimensional color image, the three-dimensional color image comprises a color image containing a to-be-detected structural adhesive and a laser point cloud with height information; performing target detection on the color image to obtain a contour area corresponding to the to-be-detected structural adhesive; performing color extraction on each pixel point contained in the contour area to obtain a gray value corresponding to each pixel point; and determining a detection result of the to-be-detected structural adhesive based on the height information of the laser points in the contour region and/or the gray value of each pixel point in the contour region. According to the method, the gray value of each pixel point corresponding to the to-be-detected structural adhesive in the three-dimensional color image i
