The dielectric layer is made of a flexible transparent material; the metal pattern layer comprises at least one resonant ring, when there are multiple resonant rings, the multiple resonant rings are arranged in a nested manner, each resonant ring corresponds to a bit code, and frequency domain coding information is formed by increasing or decreasing the number of the resonant rings; the resonant ring is of a central symmetry structure; when an incident terahertz wave signal inquires the metasurface label, the frequency domain coding information determined by the metasurface label is excited, so that the frequency spectrum structure of the terahertz wave signal is changed.
