Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an electrochemical aptamer sensor for detecting adenosine and a preparation method and application thereof.The electrochemical aptamer sensor for detecting adenosine comprises a gold electrode prepared through a silk-screen printing technology, a capture aptamer (ssDNA1) is dropwise added to the surface of the gold electrode, then 6-mercaptohexanol (MCH) is added to seal uncombined active sites, and the capture aptamer (ssDNA1) and the 6-mercaptohexanol (MCH) are combined to obtain the electrochemical aptamer sensor for detecting adenosine. Then, a compound composed of an adenosine aptamer (ssDNA2) capable of being specifically bound with adenosine and a catalytic material (Pt-Cu-MWCNTs) is dropwise added, due to the fact that binding of adenosine-ssDNA2 needs to be more stable on ssDNA1-ssDNA2, a double-chain structure is damaged, and the catalytic material (Pt-Cu-MWCNTs) is obtained; the catalytic material is released from the surface of the electrode along with the adenosine-adenosin |
