The method comprises the following steps: firstly, plating hollow glass beads by an electro-deposition method; secondly, magnetizing the plating layer on the surface of the microbead; and finally, magnetizing the coated hollow glass beads, fully mixing epoxy resin, a sodium bicarbonate foaming agent and a diluent, adding the coated hollow glass beads and a curing agent, stirring the mixture in an electromagnetic stirrer until the mixture is uniform, and forming the mixture in a mold to obtain a product.
