Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of biology and medicine, in particular to anti-c-Met and anti-MSLN antibodies, dichimeric antigen receptors thereof and application of the dichimeric antigen receptors. The anti-MSLN antibody comprises a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region, the heavy chain variable region comprises HCDR1, HCDR2 and HCDR3 as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2 and SEQ ID NO: 3 respectively, and the light chain variable region comprises LCDR1, LCDR2 and LCDR3 as shown in SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 7 and SEQ ID NO: 8 respectively.
