The method comprises the steps that a state machine instruction of a vehicle control unit is received; and based on the state machine instruction, the voltage of the capacitor and the on-off states of the first switch and the second switch, jumping to different boost charging state machines. According to the method, by controlling jumping of different boost charging state machines, the boost charging state can be accurately controlled, and the problems that the boost charging state cannot be accurately controlled and the current boost charging state cannot be accurately known in an existing method are solved.
