Application of pumpkin polysaccharide in medicine for treating inflammatory bowel disease

The invention relates to application of pumpkin polysaccharide, in particular to application of pumpkin polysaccharide in preparation of a medicine for treating inflammatory bowel disease, and the inflammatory bowel disease is ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. The invention also provides a preparation method of the pumpkin polysaccharide.
