The frame is provided with a plurality of installation positions which are arranged in a penetrating mode in the first direction, each installation position is internally provided with one PTC ceramic or one false piece, and the sum of the number of the PTC ceramics and the number of the false pieces is equal to the number of the installation positions; and the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate are respectively arranged on two sides of the PTC ceramic in the first direction and are connected with the frame.
