Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-altitude high-rotating-speed hydro-generator rotor H-level insulation structure which is composed of magnetic pole turn-to-turn insulation, magnetic pole ground insulation and conformal insulation, and the temperature resistance level of insulation materials used by all the parts is H level. The H-level temperature resistance level shows that the insulating material can still keep good insulating performance at the temperature not higher than 180 DEG C, the insulating structure and the insulating material have good weather resistance, and it can be guaranteed that the rotor of the high-rotating-speed hydro-generator runs safely under the high-altitude climate condition. The method has a good application prospect, and can effectively solve the problem that the temperature rise of the high-altitude and high-rotating-speed generator rotor is too high, so that the insulating material is quickly aged and degraded.
