The rapid online evaluation technology comprises the following steps: (1) establishing a state space averaging model; (2) constructing a mixed potential function; (3) based on a Fisher Score method and a WGAN adversarial network, weight distribution of data and expansion of data samples are carried out, and data preprocessing is completed; (4) an improved Elman-Adaboost neural network model is established, and offline training is carried out; (5) performing stability evaluation to realize weight updating; (6) performing online evaluation to obtain real-time system data; and (7) stability evaluation and decision control are carried out.
