Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a lithium battery slurry coated diaphragm and a preparation method and coating slurry thereof, and belongs to the field of battery diaphragms. The coating slurry comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15-20 parts of polyimide microspheres and a metal organic framework material, 0.1-15 parts of a binder, 0.01-5 parts of a surfactant, 0.01-8 parts of a dispersant and 40-90 parts of a solvent, and in a mixture of the polyimide microspheres and the metal organic framework material, the polyimide microspheres account for more than 80% of the mass of the mixture. The defects that an existing porous polyolefin diaphragm is poor in thermal stability, low in liquid absorption performance and poor in lithium ion transmission performance are overcome, the provided coating slurry is modified polyolefin diaphragm slurry high in safety, high in liquid absorption rate and high in ion conductivity, and the performance of the lithium ion battery diaphragm can be effectively improved.
