Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a battery cell, a battery cell module and a power utilization device. The battery cell comprises a soft insulation packaging body, an electrode assembly and a cover plate, an accommodating cavity with an opening is defined by the soft insulating packaging body; the electrode assembly is arranged in the accommodating cavity; the cover plate is installed on the opening in a sealed mode. Wherein the side wall of the cover plate is provided with a bulge and/or a groove, and the side wall of the soft insulation packaging body is in fit sealing connection with the surface of the bulge and/or the groove. The battery cell structure can solve the technical problem that the sealing position of the soft packaging insulator and the top cover is prone to sealing failure.
