The invention provides an indicating mechanism of a circuit breaker. The indicating mechanism comprises a shell, an overload indicating piece and a short circuit indicating piece. A first observation hole and a second observation hole are formed in the shell. The overload indicating piece is movably arranged in the shell between an overload hiding position and an overload indicating position, and can be driven by the thermal tripping assembly generating tripping action to move from the overload hiding position to the overload indicating position so as to shield the first observation hole. The short-circuit indicating piece is movably arranged in the shell between a short-circuit hiding position and a short-circuit indicating position, and can be driven by the electromagnetic tripping assembly generating tripping action to move from the short-circuit hiding position to the short-circuit indicating position so as to shield the second observation hole.
