Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an air pre-heater ash deposition monitoring system based on infrared thermal imaging, and the system comprises a first part: an image collection module which collects the rotor images of the cold end and the hot end of the air pre-heater through infrared thermal imagers disposed at the cold end and the hot end of the primary air side of the air pre-heater; the second part is an image processing module which is connected with the image acquisition module and comprises a binary processing module, a corrosion processing module and an image segmentation processing module; and the third part is a display and early warning module which can obtain the real-time dust deposition condition of the air pre-heater from the processed image, and early warning can be carried out when the dust deposition condition exceeds a threshold value.
