The method comprises the following steps: describing wet transfer in concrete by adopting a Fick diffusion law, and then deducing a three-dimensional wet transfer equation in the concrete by combining a mass conservation law; describing heat transfer in the concrete by adopting a Fourier law, and then deducing a three-dimensional heat transfer equation in the concrete by combining an energy conservation law; establishing a partial differential equation set of concrete damp-heat field coupling transmission; establishing a bridge geometric model, and importing the bridge geometric model into finite element software through a corresponding interface; and inputting the partial differential equation set into finite element software, and solving to obtain the stress change generated by the damp and hot field in the bridge construction process along with the time change.
