Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a structure and a method for measuring optical characteristics of heterogeneous liquid, planar light generated by a light source is perpendicular to a camera shooting capturing surface observed by a camera shooting device and the mounting direction of a photoelectric sensor receiving scattered light of a water body, and the mounting directions of the camera shooting device and the photoelectric sensor are opposite and perpendicular to a light source surface; therefore, the area observed by the camera device on the plane light can include the area observed by the photoelectric sensor on the plane light, and interference caused when flocs, particles or bubbles pass through an imaging surface and scattered light is reduced.
