The invention relates to angle adjustment of a swing platform, in particular to a swing platform angle adjustment locking device and a swing test bed. The swing platform angle adjusting and locking device comprises a device base, the device base is used for being fixed to one of a swing platform of a swing test bed and a rocker arm base corresponding to the edges of the two sides, perpendicular to the swing axis, of the swing platform, and a supporting cam is rotationally assembled on the device base.
