Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of building joint structures, in particular to an embedded steel structure flange beam column joint, a manufacturing method and a tailor-welding tool. The flange stand column comprises an upper flange, a lower flange and a cylinder wall structure, and a penetrating groove allowing the bearing beam to penetrate through is formed in the cylinder wall structure in the direction perpendicular to the axis. The bearing beam is embedded into the through groove of the cylinder wall structure, and the track edge face, located in the through groove, of the cylinder wall structure is welded and fixed to the outer contour edge face defined by the flange of the bearing beam and the web; the upper flange is welded and fixed above the cylinder wall structure, and the lower flange is welded and fixed below the cylinder wall structure. The flange stand columns and the spandrel girders are integrally designed, on-site temporary welding operation is reduced, construction quality is g
