Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a primer and probe combination and a method for detecting a mutation site related to a drug-resistant gene of helicobacter pylori levofloxacin. The primer and probe combination comprises primers as shown in SEQ ID No.1 to SEQ ID No.13 and probes as shown in SEQ ID No.14 to SEQ ID No.22. The invention further discloses a method for detecting the mutation site related to the drug-resistant gene of the helicobacter pylori levofloxacin. Wherein a locked nucleic acid base is added into the molecular beacon probe and is located at a position corresponding to mutation.
