Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a universal standard substance for determining the copy number of a genome iCre transgene based on absolute quantitative PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) as well as a preparation method and a determination method of the universal standard substance, and the standard substance with the accurate copy number ratio (CNR) of a target gene to a control gene is constructed by adopting a large primer PCR method. Based on the standard substance, an absolute quantitative PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method is adopted, so that accurate copy number detection can be carried out on improved Cre (improved Cre, iCre) genes in a genome. The standard substance is suitable for all model animals subjected to iCre transgenosis.
