The anti-kallidinogenase nano antibody with good expression activity is successfully screened and identified, and a pichia pastoris system is adopted for expression production, so that the production cost can be greatly reduced, and the industrialization of the antibody is facilitated; the purification filler taking the anti-kallidinogenase nano antibody as an accessory is successfully constructed, and a good foundation is laid for subsequent purification of kallidinogenase.
