Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of microorganisms and exercise health, and particularly relates to application of lactobacillus paracasei alone or in combination with aerobic exercise to obesity improvement. According to the lactobacillus paracasei ZMZ1915 and the application thereof, the lactobacillus paracasei ZMZ1915 which can effectively improve obesity is obtained through screening, the effects of glucose and lipid metabolism improvement and obesity intervention of the probiotics are further enhanced through combined intervention, the obesity is more effectively prevented and treated by developing a combined therapy of the probiotics and aerobic exercise, and the lactobacillus paracasei ZMZ1915 can be used for preventing and treating obesity. The pathological processes of blood sugar and blood fat rise and excessive accumulation of liver lipid are delayed, and application strategies and reference bases are provided for prevention and treatment of obesity, so that the composition has good pra
