Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a starch/PLA (polylactic acid) water-based core-shell emulsion, which comprises the following steps of: synthesizing a shell consisting of a polylactic acid molecular chain on the outer layer of nano starch through an interface reaction by taking highly crosslinked nano starch particles as a core through an in-situ polycondensation reaction; and preparing the starch/PLA water-based core-shell emulsion with a nano-scale dispersed phase in a manner of centrifugal separation and re-dispersion. The starch/PLA water-based core-shell emulsion prepared by the invention can form a film at room temperature, has better adhesive force, and can be used as a film forming matter to be applied to the field of indoor coating materials.
一种淀粉/PLA水性核壳乳液的制备方法,本发明以高度交联的纳米淀粉颗粒为"核",通过界面反应在纳米淀粉的外层通过原位缩聚反应合成出由聚乳酸分子链构成的"壳",并通过离心分离再分散的方式制备出分散相为纳米尺度的淀粉/PLA水性核壳乳液。本发明制备出的淀粉/PLA水性核壳乳液可在室温成膜,附着力较好,可作为成膜物应用于室内涂装材料领域。 |
