Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of poly alpha-olefin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreating alpha-olefin by using an activating agent; activating the metallocene compound with methylaluminoxane; adding the activated metallocene compound into treated alpha-olefin, controlling the reaction temperature, and carrying out polymerization reaction to obtain a polymerization product; adding a terminator for quenching reaction; and removing the terminator, the catalyst residue, the solid residue and the unreacted monomer to obtain the poly-alpha-olefin. According to the invention, the polymerization degree of alpha-olefin can be effectively controlled, poly-alpha-olefin with different viscosities can be obtained, and the viscosity index is high. 本发明公开了一种聚α-烯烃的制备方法。该制备方法包括如下步骤:使用活化剂对α-烯烃进行预处理;使用甲基铝氧烷活化茂金属化合物;将上述活化后的茂金属化合物加入到已经处理好的α-烯烃中,控制反应温度,进行聚合反应得到聚合产物;加入终止剂淬灭反应;脱除终止剂、催化剂残余、固体残渣和未反应的单体,得到聚α-烯烃。本发明可有效控制α-烯烃的聚合度,得到不同粘度的聚α-烯烃,并且具有高粘度指数。
