Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a bismuth ferrite nanorod array and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a substrate and bismuth ferrite sol; spin-coating the bismuth ferrite sol on a substrate to obtain a bismuth ferrite film, and etching the bismuth ferrite film to obtain a bismuth ferrite nanorod array template; spin-coating a PVA solution or a PI solution on the array surface of the bismuth ferrite nano-column array template, and then carrying out vacuum pressure maintaining and drying to obtain a film as a nano-array sub-template; and spin-coating bismuth ferrite sol on the array surface of the nano array sub-template, carrying out vacuum pressure maintaining treatment, transferring an obtained sample to a bismuth ferrite film in a bismuth ferrite attaching manner, and carrying out annealing treatment under a vacuum condition and ultrasonic cleaning to obtain the bismuth ferrite nano column array.
