Application of VDAC1 inhibitor in preparation of medicine for treating/preventing Alzheimer's disease

The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine research, and particularly relates to application of a VDAC1 inhibitor in preparation of a medicine for treating/preventing Alzheimer's disease. The AD cell model is constructed, and the result shows that VDAC1 is up-regulated after being induced by Abeta1-42, and the mitochondrial dysfunction and ferroptosis of cells are further promoted to mediate the development of AD. By transfecting cells with a VDAC1 knock-down vector, it is found that the activity of SH-SY5Y cells induced by A beta 1-42 can be recovered by down-regulating VDAC1. 本发明属于药物研究技术领域，具体涉及一种VDAC1抑制剂在制备治疗/预防阿尔茨海默症的药物中的用途。构建AD细胞模型，结果显示VDAC1在Aβ1-42诱导后上调，并进一步促进细胞线粒体功能障碍和铁死亡，介导AD的发展。通过用VDAC1的敲降载体转染细胞，发现下调VDAC1可恢复Aβ1-42诱导的SH-SY5Y细胞活力。
