The invention particularly relates to a capsule endoscope device. The capsule endoscope device comprises a capsule endoscope and a connecting assembly connected to the capsule endoscope. The capsule endoscope comprises a shell, and the shell is provided with a sampling opening communicating the interior and the exterior of the shell. The connecting assembly comprises a connecting piece arranged on the outer wall of the shell and provided with a hollow inner cavity, a pump arranged in the hollow inner cavity and a connecting pipe arranged on the side, away from the shell, of the connecting piece. Wherein the pump comprises a pump inlet which is in fluid communication with the sampling port and a pump outlet which is in fluid communication with the connecting pipe, and the connecting pipe comprises a liquid outlet channel which is communicated with the pump outlet and the outside of the connecting pipe.
