The dietary fiber composition comprises resistant dextrin, soluble polysaccharide dietary fibers and oligosaccharide dietary fibers. The dietary fiber composition provided by the invention has the effects of reducing blood sugar, insulin and glucagon (GC), improving insulin sensitivity (QUICKI) and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) reduction caused by diabetes mellitus, reducing accumulation of liver triglyceride, reducing the size of subcutaneous fat cells and reducing the content of high cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein. 本发明提供了一种膳食纤维组合物，包括抗性糊精、可溶性多糖类膳食纤维以及低聚糖类膳食纤维。本发明提供的膳食纤维组合物具有降血糖、降胰岛素、降胰高血糖素(GC)、改善糖尿病造成的胰岛素敏感性(QUICKI)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)降低、降低肝脏甘油三脂累积及降低皮下脂肪细胞大小，降低高胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白含量的功效。
