The content of the needlebush kraft pulp in the intermediate layer is 30 mass% or less, and the back surface layer contains needlebush kraft pulp, corrugated paper waste pulp, and kraft paper waste pulp derived from kraft paper having a plastic film laminated on one surface side. The content of the waste corrugated paper pulp in the back surface layer is 30-70% by mass, inclusive, and the ratio of the basis weight of the surface layer to the total basis weight is 20-35%, inclusive.
