The method comprises the following steps: acquiring monitoring data of an equipment load from a real-time database of a production system; performing variance analysis on the monitoring data to obtain operation data of the equipment load in a certain time period, and screening out high-power operation data from the operation data; the charging and discharging time of the energy storage equipment is judged by combining the electricity peak valley and the time point set obtained through variance analysis; and the judgment process is cycled periodically, and the judgment basis and the charging and discharging time are updated in real time.
