The method comprises the following steps: 1, determining a bus stop influence area range; 2, dividing sub-areas of a bus station influence area; 3, acquiring information such as vehicle position and speed of each influence subarea at the t moment; 4, comparing lane changing pressure of different bus station stations influencing the sub-areas; 5, predicting the number of lane changing vehicles influencing each influence subarea according to the lane changing pressure difference value; and 6, selecting the optimal feasible lane changing vehicle to complete lane changing.
