Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of production processes for recovering copper from copper-containing solid hazardous waste, and particularly relates to a device and a method for recycling waste heat of an oxygen-enriched smelting furnace. The device comprises a feeding and mixing device, a brick making device, a tunnel kiln drying device, a feeding device, an oxygen-enriched smelting furnace, a high-temperature cyclone dust remover, a surface air cooler, a cloth bag dust collector, a desulfurizing tower, a flue gas induced draft fan and a chimney which are sequentially communicated, and the high-temperature cyclone dust remover, the surface air cooler and the cloth bag dust collector are sequentially communicated. The surface air cooler, the tunnel kiln drying device and the axial flow fan are sequentially arranged in a communicating mode. For copper-containing solid hazardous waste, the oxygen-enriched smelting furnace waste heat recycling device is adopted for production, indirect heat exchange
