Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a pressure compensation method for a hydraulic part shell in an underwater environment, which comprises the following steps of: providing an oil return pipeline, and connecting the oil return pipeline with the hydraulic part shell and an oil tank; and providing an adjusting valve, installing the adjusting valve on the oil return pipeline, and adjusting the internal pressure of the hydraulic part shell by using the adjusting valve so as to maintain the internal and external pressure difference of the hydraulic part shell within a set range. A hydraulic on-way resistance link is added between the hydraulic part shell and the oil tank through the oil return pipeline and the adjusting valve, the internal pressure and the external pressure of the hydraulic part shell are maintained within a set range by adjusting the internal pressure of the hydraulic part shell, and it is ensured that the hydraulic part shell is used safely in the underwater environment; and crushing caused by pressure di
