BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based fair-faced wall construction method

The invention relates to a bare wall construction method based on BIM. The method comprises the following steps: erecting a reinforcing mesh in the bare wall body; a three-dimensional scanner is adopted to conduct three-dimensional scanning on the bare wall body subjected to reinforcement mesh preliminary construction, and a reinforcement mesh point cloud model of the bare wall body is generated; the reinforcement dot cloud model and the split bolt distributed BIM three-dimensional model are subjected to mold closing to obtain a mixed model; horizontal steel bars and split bolts which conflict with each other in the mixed model are determined; on the construction site, the positions of the horizontal steel bars at the positions are adjusted so as to avoid the split bolts with conflicts; each split bolt is installed at a preset position; and concrete is poured, and construction of the fair-faced wall is completed.
