Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a technical method for directional irradiation mutagenesis of immobilized single cells of rice. The technical method comprises the following steps: (1) culturing and inducing rice embryogenic calluses by using an MS (Murashige and Skoog) culture medium; (2) culturing and preparing a rice suspension single cell group by adopting a liquid MS culture medium; (3) preparing a rice single-cell immobilization carrier by using a solid MS culture medium; (4) carrying out irradiation mutagenesis on the rice single-cell immobilized carrier through satellite carrying by utilizing cosmic particles or heavy ion accelerator high-energy carbon ion beams; (5) carrying out resistance screening on the rice single-cell immobilized carrier subjected to irradiation mutagenesis; and (6) carrying out tissue culture on the mutagenic single cells surviving through resistance screening on the rice single cell immobilized carrier to obtain a regenerated strain, and screening to obtain a new germplasm of rice immo
