Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and relates to application of an StGLIP gene in regulation and control of phytophthora resistance of plants, in particular to application of the StGLIP gene and a homologous gene thereof in regulation and control of phytophthora resistance of plants. The nucleotide sequence of the StGLIP gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1, and the amino acid sequence of the encoded protein of the StGLIP gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 2. The StGDSL gene and the homologous gene thereof can inhibit infection of phytophthora infestans to plants, and further, the StGLIP gene can positively regulate and control plant basic defense PTI reaction. The invention proves that the StGLIP gene can be used as a positive regulatory factor for improving the phytophthora resistance of the plant, and can be used for cultivating disease-resistant varieties of the plant and improving characters. 本发明属于生物技术领域,涉及StGLIP基因在调控植物疫霉菌抗性中的应用,具体涉及StGLIP基因及其同源基因在调控植物疫霉菌抗性中的应用。StGLIP基因的核苷酸序列如SEQ ID NO.1所示
